We're a small team that takes a lot of pride in what we do. Every morning, we're in early baking fresh bagels, pulling espresso shots, and roasting the beans that give Surfside its coffee. It's real work — and it's genuinely satisfying.
We look for people who show up with a good attitude, care about the details, and enjoy being around others. Experience in food service is a plus, but a great personality goes further here than a perfect resume.
